Some of our in house Roasted Specialty Coffees are Roasted with Filter (or Drip) in mind. Some Coffees suit a lighter/ brighter roast style and some people prefer more acidity in the cup.
We personally wouldn't be using any in-house Filter Roasts on the Espresso machine at our cafe, but there's plenty of ways to make these coffees taste delicious at home (V60, Aeropress, Cafetière or Drip machine)
