Description

Bonora is a natural lot from coffee producing village in the highlands of Arbegona, Sidama.

Sidama Region of Ethiopia has 30 districts in total, including Arbegona. 

Arbegona, which is a part of the East Sidama zone borderes Bona Zuria in the south, Bursa in the southwest, Oromia Region in the north, Gorche in the northwest, and Bensa in the east. Arbegona's largest town and its capital is named after a district name Arbegona. 


Unlike other coffee-growing regions in the country, the altitude of this region is around 2,200MASL and its coffee is referred as a Highland Coffee.
The coffee is grown on tiny plots of lands in Arbegona highlands, benefiting from the region's high altitude it is more dens and smaller in bean sizes. The major cash crop in this region is coffee.
