PREPARE YOUR COLD BREW AT HOME
1 - Simply fill in your cold brew vessel with your coarsely grounded coffee,
2 - Add room temperature spring water into your vessel and stir the top grounds to let the coffee soak into the water fully,
3 - Once your coffee grounds are wet, refrigerate your cold brew vessel for 8hours to 12hours, then strain/filter it and enjoy your refreshing cold brew . . .
Cold brew coffee is a popular method of preparing coffee that involves steeping coarsely ground coffee beans in cold water for an extended period. Unlike traditional hot brewing methods, which use hot water to quickly extract flavours from coffee grounds, cold brew relies on time to slowly extract the coffee's flavours, resulting in a smooth, less acidic, and milder beverage.
Cold brew coffee is loved for its smooth and mellow flavor profile, with fewer bitter and acidic notes compared to traditional hot-brewed coffee. The slow extraction process results in a coffee concentrate that is rich and bold, making it a great base for various coffee beverages like iced lattes, coffee cocktails, or simply enjoyed over ice.
